Project requirements: precook chicken breast, minimize water consumption and product loss on sides, maximize belt life and maintenance access. Heat with thermal fluid and keep piping out of product zone.
Solution: BG 2430 belt grill features platens with contoured edge surfaces to retain liquids. Belts are cleaned using steam to reduce damage and water use. Doors swing open and slide to either end for access to entire system. Drive and take-up rolls are oversized to reduce belt stress. The system is controlled by an Allen Bradley PLC.
