Founded in 2003, the owners and employees of Omar Associates have extensive experience in further processing applications. To guarantee successful and practical design application, all engineers are required to have at least 15 years of food machinery design experience. We reduce labor and improve both the efficiency and accuracy of production machinery. Omar Associates takes the process for new machines from concept to production. All of our machinery is designed using 3-dimensional modeling software, which maximizes accuracy and minimizes lead time. All of our designs (both customized and standard) are produced and documented efficiently and completely. We custom design and manufacture each machine to meet specific customer requirements. Furthermore, while we serve a number of countries, all of our machinery is designed and built in the United States. Omar Associates integrates branded technologies to create exact processes. We have significant experience with coated food production lines and provide processes from tumbling through freezing. Additionally, our project managers all have food plant engineering and maintenance experience in a variety of markets, including chicken, fish, snack foods, and bakery items. Active customers include: Tyson Foods, Keystone Foods, Del Monte Foods, Perdue, Starkist, Foster Farms, and Cargill Meat Solutions.
