PH-14 pan merging system

Project requirements: Spray oil into the bottom of hot 14 inch diameter pizza pans. Place 14 inch diameter uncooked pizza into 14 inch diameter pan and transfer to an oven. Production rate: 20 pies per minute. The pans will be presented on a conveyor running
parallel and in the opposite direction of product flow.

Solution: PH-14 pan merging system detects pan presence and sprays an oil mist into the bottom of the pan. The pan next is transferred to a conveyor where pans are indexed under a continuous flow of uncooked pizzas. Controls include an Allen Bradley PLC and various sensing devices. The entire machine is wash-down duty and requires minimal periodic maintenance.
